Classical Guitars

Inspired by the works of the old Spanish masters Torres and Santos Hernandez. My classical guitars are lightly constructed from traditional tone-woods, with a Spanish heel neck joint, fan-braced soundboard, hand crafted rosette and a french polish finish.

I recently embarked on a trip to Granada, Spain to take part in the International Guitar Festival and undertake some professional development with renowned Granada luthiers; Rene Baarslag and Ana Espinosa.

The guitars pictured here are a new model with a larger body based on a 1930 Santos Hernandez. This model features dual sound ports and a modified fan bracing system, which delivers a full rich tone and a powerful voice. Also pictured is a guitar with a Hauser-Torres body and a Salon guitar based on a small Torres from 1863. I have one of these guitars for sale currently.

Available now : New Santos Model in Carpathian Spruce and Maccasar Ebony Back and sides, with Madagascar rosewood bridge and Irving Sloane tuners.
